Matt Conn is a second-generation stylist from Tupelo, MS. He’s a salon owner with over 20 years' experience at the chair. His love for the industry and the art of painted balayage inspired him to join the Sunlights® Artisan Team, to be trained by Candy Shaw and become certified in her balayage curriculum. He’s committed to helping beauty professionals gain creative control and paint with confidence, so they can experience the many freedoms of balayage.
